Parking
Preferred Parking is on the upper ramp to the main entrance of the building. If there is need to park in the garage we do have one spot reserved for unit 401. It is immediately to the right when you enter the garage. There is a remote in the condo in the utility drawer in the kitchen. If you use the garage ensure you leave the remote, otherwise a charge will be added for a replacement.Â

Entering the Building
Luggage can be brought in through the side doors to the left and right of the main entry or through the basement. There are luggage carts and shopping carts available to help with transporting items through the building. Please no luggage through the main entry per HOA rules. Â

WIFI and Television
WIFI is LEKD, password is enjoyyourstay. Each TV has cable and either a smart TV or Roku. In the living room you can use the Hisense remote to turn on the TV, and then use the source button to access cable or Smart TV for apps like Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime etc. In the bedrooms you will need to use the TV remotes to turn on the TV then select the source for either Cable or Roku, again Roku will allow you to stream apps. In all rooms the cable remote is the Spectrum remote, in the bedrooms you have Roku for steaming, and in the living room the Hisense tv remote will be used to access streaming as well.

Pool and Beach
Access to the pool and beach are through the basement. You will use the same code to get back into the pool from the beach that you used to enter the building. There is a red push button unlock the door to exit the pool deck to the beach. Shoes and coverups must be worn at all times throughout the building and be dry. There is also a hose to wash off sand of beach to wash off before entering the pool and building. Beach items can be found in the 401 storage closet in the basement.

HOA and Condo Rules
A summary of condo and hoa rules are:
No smoking
No pets
Shoes must be worn through the building
A coverup must be worn through the building
Do not come into the building with excessive water or sand on you
Any furniture moved around must be put back in it's original location
Trash chute is located halfway down the hallway past the elevators.
Please do not put anything not in a trash bag down the chute. Any larger trash items can be put in the dumpster in the basement.
There is coin laundry halfway down the hallway past the elevators
Please be mindful of slamming the door and cabinets as to not disturb current residents.
Please do not run the AC with the doors open, this will cause the unit to freeze, and we will need to bill for the service.

Check in is at 4PM. We are happy to try and accomodate early check ins it the condo is available. Â
The morning of the reservation, codes for the main entry and a separate code for the condo unit will be sent out. Â
Check Out
return furniture to original location
turn all lights off
return garage door opener and keys
set thermostat to 75
place all dishes in the dishwasher and run it
put all trash down the trash chute or the dumpster in the basement
